We finally found out our move date.

We fly back to the States on September 15th!

We also found out when all of our stuff will be leaving us.

They pack up the house and ship it off on August 15th; a little more than a month away.

So now we get to sort out all of our stuff into sell/donate/ship piles. That’s on our agenda for this weekend and into next week. It’s amazing how much two people can accumulate when they have a house. When we lived in an apartment in the States our purchases were limited by the amount of space that we have. These days Steve’s kitchen equipment would never be able to fit into our old galley kitchen; it barely fits into our huge kitchen here. The worst part is that he uses every last item in there for all of the different types of cooking he does. Whittling our belongings back down to apartment size will be a long process, but in the end, they’re just things.
