This whole relaxing thing that Steven’s tried to make me do just doesn’t work. It’s not that I’m high strung, but I actually feel really good when I know that I’m getting things done. There’s just so many ideas floating around in my head that it never feels like a chore to create things. Steven doesn’t do much creating with his hands, so I suppose he doesn’t quite understand how it can be relaxing.

I have to admit that I haven’t done a whole lot of hand work this weekend, but I’ve finished something that I’ve been working on for quite a while. The World Wide KIP Day site is done! Don’t worry it won’t burn your retinas anymore, and it’s very easy to use. I’m so happy with the calming site design. It’s blog based so that it’s easier and faster for me to update. It was entirely too draining to do the updates on the site last summer each one by hand. This way I just have to enter the relevent information and it’s good to go. No more building pages.

I owe you a pattern! It’s the next post, to come shortly. If you need a last minute gift this might just be the ticket.
